How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
